The staff room at my school. It's very neat and modern. Not pictured is also another table where the teachers can eat. Fika, or coffee, is a major part of the Swedish culture, and all of the teachers get a break around 10 AM to come to the staffroom, drink fika, and socialize for about 20 minutes. The students are playing outside at this time. Each teacher has to watch the students once a week during the break.
